Small: US waist: 28-30

Medium: US waist 30-32

Large: US waist 32-34

XL: US waist 34-36

2XL: US waist 36-38

3XL: US waist 38-40

4XL: US waist 40-42

5XL: US waist 42-44

6XL: US waist 44-46

7XL: US waist 46-48

(Letters are arbitrary, your body is perfect the way it is)

Thong strap length (Back strap)

Small:  ~10 inches

Med-XL:  ~11 inches

2XL-4XL:  ~12 inches

5XL-7XL:  ~13inches

Pouch size:

Small – 2XL: Standard pouch size

3XL – 7XL: Larger pouch size.
